We help dozens of learners become teaching assistants or upgrade their existing teaching assistant qualifications every month at North of England Training. We offer teaching assistant courses at multiple levels to suit all abilities and levels of experience; Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools as well as the Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools.
Available as a ‘traditional’ apprenticeship or as a work-based training programme, we can be fully flexible with our teaching assistant courses. The courses start all year round and can be taught one to one or in groups if several individuals at one school wish to take part (groups can be mixed ability/experience levels).
Working whilst also studying for a qualification can be understandably daunting especially when family and other commitments are all shouting for your time. But the tutors at North of England Training make sure they are delivering the highest quality training all over Lancashire whilst still making time to help and coach every single learner through every step of the course. In fact, with puzzles, games and interactive training sessions considered the norm here, our trainee teaching assistants tend to have a great time!
